If you've selected the Growth or Pro plan, you will be awarded WP Premium Support credits on a monthly basis. You can consume these credits for tasks that need to be done on your website. Think of it as having a personal WordPress developer that can assist you or fix issues you have. That way instead of spending time on your website, you have more time to spend on your business and customer relationships.
In other words, we save time and eliminate stress!
Make sure your site looks great. Select from any of the categories below. Each bullet represents one credit.
Install, change or update a theme
- Install and activate one custom theme, purchased theme or theme from the WordPress catalog
- Update any number of installed themes to the current live release of theme using WordPress Dashboard
-If none are specified, we will update the currently active theme
- Manually update one theme
-Example: A specific version provided to us by uploading it to the hosting account
Troubleshoot and fix theme errors
- Enable logs and/or WordPress debug mode to diagnose the issue
- Attempt to resolve the issue if the website or logs reveal a theme related error

Credits are awarded on a monthly basis. WordPress Premium Support credits reset at the ending of each month and do not roll in to the following month. When you submit a task, the credit is consumed and placed in a pending status until the request is closed.
